Can I use this software on a Macintosh® OS? |
No. Please use a Windows® OS. |

After
importing a file to my Net-Tune Central library, I noticed that
the displayed information (such as the song title, artist's name,
album title or genre) was different from that in the original source.
What should I do? |
Such disparities occasionally
arise due to Net-Tune Central's system specifications. You may
notice the same problem when viewing the receiver's display. To solve
this, simply use Net-Tune Central's Editor to enter and edit
song titles and other text information. |

Why
can't I register certain files on the Net-Tune Central library? |
Net-Tune Central imports
files in MP3, WMA and WAV formats as music files. It is not equipped
to import music files in the following cases:
| (1) |
If a WAV file
is stored in a format other than PCM; |
| (2) |
If the WMA file is protected
under copyright; |
| (3) |
If the music file
is stored in the "Windows" or "WINNT" folder
of your PC's system folder. |

Can
I connect a Net-Tune compatible receiver to multiple PCs that
have had Net-Tune Central installed? |
Yes, you can connect up
to 8 PCs. For a Net-Tune compatible receiver to be able to connect
to multiple PCs, each PC requires a unique name by which Net-Tune
can identify it. |
Some of the music files are not displayed on the Net-Tune compatible receiver.
(I can find them on the Net-Tune Central Library) Why? |
Net-Tune
compatible receivers display up to 999 titles in a category. |
The Internet radio function on Net-Tune components is no longer available as the iMerge service has been discontinued.
This affects the following products: TX-NR1000, TX-NA1000, TX-NR901, TX-NR900, TX-NR801, NC-500, and RDC-7.1 |
