Simple Remote App for SBX-200 Dock Music System
The Onkyo SBX Remote App for iPod touch/iPhone/iPad* lets you operate the Onkyo SBX-200 Dock Music System very easily and intuitively. This app allows the user to control the playback of songs or podcasts, adjust various settings (for example, the volume control and Super Bass function), and browse your library—all within a clear, smart-looking graphical interface. The application operates wirelessly via Bluetooth, and when your iPod touch/iPhone/iPad is docked. As well as conveniently integrating another aspect of your life into your iOS device, it’s nice to have a second remote in case you misplace the original.
Easy to Download
The app is easily downloaded from iTunes when your iPod touch/iPhone/iPad first connects to the SBX-200 via Bluetooth. A pop-up window will appear on your iPod touch/iPhone/iPad screen the first time the devices are “paired”, directing you to the SBX Remote App download page at the App Store. If you miss the prompt, you can search, download, and install via the App Store at any time.
Music Playback
Browse and play tracks in your iPod touch/iPhone/iPad library within the application – there’s no need to jump back and forth between screens. You can even use the app to play music through the in-built speakers of your iPod touch/iPhone/iPad when it’s not connected to the SBX-200.
Super Bass and Volume Control
Different music is mixed different ways, so it’s great to be able to adjust your bass levels quickly and easily. The SBX Remote App lets you switch the SBX-200’s Super Bass function on or off, or choose Super Bass power output Level 1 or Level 2 according to your own preference. Naturally, you can also make fine adjustments to the speaker volume. Super Bass and volume control via the application are also extended to external devices connected to the SBX-200’s analog input.
Sleep Timer Setting
You can set the SBX-200’s sleep timer with your iPod touch/iPhone/iPad from the comfort of your bed, and fall asleep to peaceful music.
3-Mode Clock Display
This App has three types of clock to suit your preference – a traditional analog display, and two digital numerical displays.
